Schenectady Man Sentenced to 240 Months for Distribution and Possession of Child Pornography

Gregory Magin, age 46, of Glenville, New York, was sentenced on August 4, 2026 to 240 months for distribution and possession of child pornography. First Assistant United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III; Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Division Craig Tremaroli; and New York State Police (NYSP) Superintendent Steven G. James made the announcement.
