Agreement
By using EZ News, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. EZ News may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date.
Information, not professional advice
EZ News provides general news, public-record, business, and weather information. It is not legal, financial, investment, accounting, medical, or emergency advice. Company filings may contain claims made by the filing company. Federal releases may describe allegations that have not been proven. Review the identified primary source and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Weather and emergencies
Weather information comes from the National Weather Service and may be delayed, incomplete, cached, or unavailable. EZ News is not an emergency-warning system and should never be a reader’s only source of urgent information. Follow official alerts, local authorities, and emergency services. Call 911 in the United States for an immediate threat to life or safety.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your password and device, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Do not share session tokens. You may delete your account through Account or the account deletion page. EZ News may restrict an account that abuses the service, threatens security, or violates these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, evade request limits, probe for unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or use EZ News in violation of law. Public links and ordinary personal reading are welcome.
Content and attribution
EZ News original writing and branding remain protected by applicable law. Third-party and government material retains its stated source, authorship, license, and other rights. A source link or public availability does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement. See the Federal News, Business, and Weather source policies.
Sponsored and referral links
Some long-form pages may include a labeled sponsored-product placement or direct referral offer. When a referral link can provide a reward or other benefit to the referrer, that relationship is disclosed beside the link. Sponsored and referral links do not change the reader's price unless the provider's displayed terms say otherwise, and they do not control source selection or factual conclusions. External sites are responsible for their availability, eligibility decisions, rewards, products, terms, risks, and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
EZ News may add, change, suspend, or remove features and content. We work to keep sources, account tools, and weather services available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, EZ News is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
