Watson to 70 months in prison followed by 4 years of supervised release after pleading guilty to conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fentanyl.

U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that a federal jury has convicted Akram Marseet, 42, a native of Libya living in Golden, Colorodo, with threatening to murder two Rochester Federal judges while they were engaged in the performance of their official duties. The conviction carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
